How to re subscribe to a Microsoft 365 individual plan

I am struggling to reniew my Microsoft 365 individual personal account subscription as Microsoft thinks I’m a child and every time I go to pay it’s saying “your not old enough to buy this” when on my account it clearly states my age (18) I have no idea what to do I’ve called the number and it’s an ai generated bot who keeps sending me to the internet with no progress whatsoever I’m unsure what to do can someone help me please? I’ve tried going on my dads email I’ve tried doing it on my phone I’ve tried everything

This is expected if Microsoft still recognizes the account as a child account.

The age when a Microsoft account is treated as an adult can vary by region, generally between 18 and 21.

First, check your date of birth here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile

Also check your Microsoft Family status here: https://account.microsoft.com/family

If the date of birth is correct but the account is still being treated as a child, it may be related to a previous Microsoft Family Safety setup.

To help verify this:

Have you ever been part of a Microsoft Family Safety group before?

On the Family page, does your account still appear as a family member?

What exactly happens when you try to renew from https://account.microsoft.com/services ?
