How to Submit a Service Request to Change My Organization's Name?

I am struggling to find a place to submit a service request to change my organization's name. There is no place to submit the form, and every number I call is a robot that repeatedly sends me to tech support. How do I submit the service request?

    Hi Andreas,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    To rename your organization, you can create a support ticket with the Billing Support team for assistance:

    Step 1: Sign in to admin.microsoft.com using a Global Administrator account.

    Step 2: Select Help & Support.

    Step 3: If the chatbot appears, disable it and enter a request such as: "I need to contact the Billing Team to rename my organization."

    Step 4: Click the green arrow (>) and then select Contact Support to create a support request.
