Dear sir/madam;

I hope you’re doing well. I have purchased a free trial for Microsoft office back in mid July. In early August I went onto my account to cancel it, but it said I have no subscriptions or payments, so I assumed that the subscription was cancelled automatically. However a week ago I was charged £18.99 from my bank account from Microsoft. I have not used it since the 8th of August. Would it be possible to get a refund, and also, how would I cancel this subscription so I am not billed again?

kind regards,

amelia Pacucha

    Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this situation, could you please first confirm that this charge appear in this account at:

    account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If appears there, you can request the refund following the steps listed here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription

    If it does not appear there, will be necessary to know if the purchase was made trough Microsoft site or a third party like Apple or Google, as in this case it would be necessary to request the refund through them.
