PowerAutomate, Outlook & Planner Flow

Greetings,

I created a PowerAutomate flow so that when I flag an email it creates a task in Planner. When testing the flow multiple entries are created when one email is flagged.

Steps I've taken to resolve:

  1. Turn Concurrency Control on
  2. Set Degree of Parallelism to 1
  3. Created a SharePoint list that stores the unique ID of each email my flow has already processed. Then Power Automate checks that list before creating a Planner task.

I am not having success resolving on my own.
