If by “Outlook 365” you mean new Outlook for Windows, please try the following:

    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, locate Outlook (new), select the three dots > Advanced options, then try Repair. If Repair does not help, try Reset.
    2. Check Windows Update, including any available optional driver updates, and then open Microsoft Store > Library > Get updates to make sure new Outlook and its components are fully updated.

Since you have already reinstalled Outlook and the problem remains, before performing another reinstall it would be useful to identify exactly what is terminating the application:

    • Right-click Start > Event Viewer
    • Open Windows Logs > Application
    • Start new Outlook and wait for it to close
    • Return to Event Viewer and look for an Application Error, usually Event ID 1000, at the exact time Outlook closed.

A screenshot will be fine to help you further.
