fixing the crashing problem when opening

User's image in all programs of Microsoft this message appears, and I don't know how I can solve it
I searched about the problems, and I found that the programs need to be repaired (quick repair or online repair) but nothing works and try reinstalling it and nothing changes.

so please fix this problem because My work is postponed because of this.

    Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!Have you tried uninstalling it completely and reinstalling it? If not, kindly follow the steps below:

    Press the Windows key + R, then type in:

     

    appwiz.cpl

     

    Then hit OK

     

    Look for the Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 app > Right-click, then select Uninstall

    Follow the prompts to uninstall your Office app.

    Then reinstall your Office app by following the steps from the link below:
