My apologies on this and you will need to double check first if the subscription has been duplicated when you login to your account at account.microsoft.com/services and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below which also includes refund eligibility check.

Kindly take note as well that if the subscription has note been duplicated and if there is no other order or subscription that is present on your account this means that the payment method or the card that you are using got caught somewhere from the last time that you have used it and this has caused an unauthorized charge and in this case it is best to reach out to the bank to block and replace your card to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s. It is also a good measure to temporarily lock it from the bank's website or the bank's mobile app as soon as possible and request for a refund from the bank from the fraudulent charge that happened.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you got charged twice for a Microsoft 365 subscription.

May I check and confirm if it is also showing that there are two subscriptions reflecting on your account when you login to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services?
