Need to transfer Office license to correct MS account

My Office Home & Business product key was redeemed on a personal Microsoft account that I am closing. I need the license reassigned to my main personal account: ******@gmail.com.

    Hello,

    According to Microsoft Office Software licensing terms, an Office license cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another. Once the license is redeemed, it is associated with the Microsoft account used for redemption and is generally non-transferable to another account.

    In certain circumstances, Microsoft Support may be able to assist with transferring the license. However, we cannot guarantee that Microsoft Support will be able to transfer the license to another Microsoft account.

    • Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.
    • At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.
    • Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.
    • Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
