I have an Azure subscription and need to switch to a Microsoft Family or Business account. If possible, can I speak to a real person to discuss this?

    Hi @hector sabarre

I understand that you would like to change from an Azure subscription to either Microsoft 365 Family or a Microsoft 365 Business plan and discuss the available options with a support representative.

Please note that Azure and Microsoft 365 are separate subscriptions, so an Azure subscription cannot normally be converted directly into a Microsoft 365 subscription. You may need to purchase the Microsoft 365 plan that best suits your needs and then decide whether to keep or cancel your Azure subscription.

To speak with a Microsoft support representative, please visit Contact Microsoft Support, sign in, and select Microsoft 365 or Azure. After describing your subscription or billing question, select Get Help, then choose Contact Support if it is displayed. Available contact methods, such as live chat, may vary by account and region.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

Before cancelling Azure, please make sure that you have reviewed any active resources, stored data, outstanding charges, or services associated with the subscription.
