Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Kent,
Before we go any further, I’d like to gently clarify that this is a user to user support forum. I’m not part of the Microsoft billing team, so I don’t have the ability to directly cancel subscriptions or intervene on billing matters. That said, I truly hope I can help review your situation, offer some guidance, and support you in finding the right next steps as best as possible.
Regarding the charge of $791.87 on 09/09/26 with the description "Microsoft-", only Microsoft's Billing Support team can securely review the transaction details and determine exactly what the charge was for. They have the necessary tools and account access to investigate the payment, verify associated subscriptions or purchases, and assist with refund requests if applicable.
To contact billing support:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using your admin account
- Select Help & Support (bottom-right corner)
- Enter a request such as “ Please investigate a charge of $791.87 on 09/09/26 with the description Microsoft- on my credit card ending in 3563."”
- Choose Contact support and select your preferred contact method .
If you’re unable to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly. You can reach them by phone using the contact numbers listed here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.
I hope this points you in the right direction and helps you obtain a quick resolution. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to post back.
Thank you for your understanding, and I wish you a wonderful day ahead.
