For Microsoft 365 for home, the supported path to reach a live person is through Microsoft Support or Get Help.

    1. Open Get Help on the web.
    2. Describe the issue.
    3. If the self-help results do not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and the relevant support category.
    5. Select the available contact method, which may include chat or request a call.

If the issue is sign-in related, start with the Start sign-in helper. Support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.

If using Windows, the Get Help app also includes troubleshooters for common problems.

For Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, an admin can open the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Help & support, enter the issue, and then use Contact Support to choose phone or email contact.

    Hi Nilanj Pandya,

Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had trying to get assistance.

As noted in the AI response, the best way to reach a live Microsoft support representative is through the Get Help or Contact Support channels, where you can request available support options for your subscription and region.

Please also note that this is a community forum. We do not have access to customer accounts, billing information, or the ability to arrange callbacks on behalf of Microsoft Support.

That said, if you'd like, please share more details about the specific problem you're experiencing with Microsoft 365. For example:

    • Are you having a billing or subscription issue?
    • Are you unable to sign in?
    • Is there an error when installing or activating Office?
    • Are certain Office applications not working as expected?

While we cannot access or modify your account, the community may be able to help troubleshoot the issue or point you toward the appropriate resolution.

I look forward to hearing more about the problem so we can try to help.
