    Hi Tony,

If you go to Outlook on the web and you can find your emails, then you've encountered a view fresh glitch.

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue"

    1. Rule out a Focused Inbox split: Check if there's an "Other" tab next to "Focused" at the top of the inbox. If today's mail is landing in "Other," it can look like it vanished when you're viewing "Focused." If your Focused Inbox disappears, please consult this article for solution Focused Inbox disappears when you switch folders in Outlook
    2. Clear the view filter: Go to View > View Settings, choose Reset View (or View > Reset View on the ribbon) to restore the default layout. For more information, please visit Items disappear or are not visible in an Outlook folder - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
    3. Force a manual resync: Click the Inbox, then press F9 to force it to resync with the server, or go to Send/Receive > Update Folder and Send/Receive All Folders. For reference: Sync to manually check for new mail and to send messages in Outlook | Microsoft Support
    4. Test in Safe Mode: Close Outlook, then run outlook.exe /safe from the Run dialog (Win+R). If the problem doesn't happen in Safe Mode, a COM add-in is interfering with the view refresh, disable add-ins one by one under File > Options > Add-ins to find the culprit.
    5. Repair Office or recreate the profile: If none of the above helps, repair the Office install (Control Panel > Programs > Microsoft 365 > Change > Quick Repair), or create a new Outlook profile (Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add) and set it as default.

I hope this provides enough clarity and helps you stay inform with your current situation.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.
