Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Diane Lockett,
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Q&A community.
Please note that this is a public community forum staffed primarily by volunteers and moderators. We do not have access to customer accounts, billing information, subscriptions, or Microsoft's internal systems, so we are unable to verify which account your subscription is assigned to.
As a first step, I recommend signing in to all Microsoft accounts that you may have used in the past, including both your current and previous email addresses, and checking the Services & subscriptions page for each account. Since Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions are linked to the Microsoft account that originally purchased the subscription, it is possible that the subscription is still associated with your old account.
If you discover that the subscription is attached to your old Microsoft account, it is important to know that Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions cannot be transferred from one Microsoft account to another. In that situation, you can continue using the subscription under the original account until it expires, turn off recurring billing if desired, and then purchase a new Microsoft 365 Personal subscription using your current Microsoft account.
