Cannot Download Multiple Files from SharePoint

I can download a single file from SharePoint by selecting said file, then navigating to File -> Download a Copy. But, when I select multiple files (or a folder), this option grays out and I cannot select it. I have over 100 files I'd like to download from this folder, there's no way I can download them all individually... How can I download multiple files from SharePoint?

    Are you using Sharepoint from browser? Because, there is not File menu there. It must be that you open a single file in a Word, or Excel, for example and there select File, Download. If you want to download multiple files from Sharepoint, don't open them. Just select them (like on the image below - 1), and then click on Download (2).
