One Drive Storage Entitlement/Quota Mismatch

My Microsoft 365 Premium subscription is active on ******@yahoo.com and my Microsoft account dashboard correctly shows 466.4 GB used of 1 TB. However, OneDrive is applying a 5 GB quota to the same account and says I am 461.4 GB over the limit and that my files will be erased. Please correct/reset the OneDrive storage entitlement for my Microsoft account. I do not need additional storage; my existing 1 TB Microsoft 365 Premium entitlement is not being applied correctly.

    Hi, @Obed Ceballos

If Microsoft 365 Premium is active on the same account, OneDrive should show the included 1 TB storage.

    Please check:

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Does the OneDrive storage page also show only 5 GB?
    2. Does Services & subscriptions show Microsoft 365 Premium as active?
    3. Was the subscription recently renewed or changed?

If Premium shows as active but OneDrive still shows only 5 GB, this may be an account storage entitlement issue rather than a problem with the OneDrive app.
