Emails do not show up in my inbox, how do I fix this

I can find emails if I search for specific key words but they do not show up in my inbox. How do I fix this issue?

    Since you can find the emails by searching, they may still be in the mailbox but hidden by the current Inbox view or stored in another folder.

    On the Outlook Android app, please try these first:

    • Check both the "Focused" and "Other" tabs.
    • Tap the filter icon and make sure no filter such as "Unread" is selected.
    • Check folders such as "Archive", "Junk Email", and "Deleted".
    • Sign in at https://outlook.live.com/mail and check whether the missing emails appear normally in the Inbox there.

    If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Do the missing emails appear in your Inbox when you check Outlook on the web?
