Our organization identity validation is stuck in 'Action Required' and we
cannot complete it.

The Verified ID presentation page at credentials.microsoft.com shows
"No attempts remaining", and the link "Get verified here through our trusted
ID-verifiers" is disabled, so we cannot obtain a new credential.
The AU10TIX credential was issued to an older Android device. Microsoft
Authenticator crashes on that device immediately after scanning the
presentation QR code, which consumed all attempts. The credential cannot be
moved to another device because Authenticator cloud backup does not include
Verified IDs.
We have a Basic support plan, so we cannot open a technical support request.
Request: please reset the presentation attempts and re-enable Verified ID
issuance for this identity validation so we can complete it on a new device.
We would prefer not to delete and recreate the identity validation, since the
organization review is already in progress.
