Microsoft for Startups credit

Hello,

I am a startup founder and have my services hosted on Azure. i signed up for microsoft startup founders hub and got credits to be able to use Azure as my hosting platform. I did get credits of 1000$ but unfortunately i see my account is now converted to pay as you go model as opposed to initial mode as free/based on azure credits. I am ready to provide my company registration details but the azure portal won´t allow me to do it. Yes i did exceed my 90 days of using those 1000$ credit but i thought the business registration would help extend the duration to 180 days to use that 4000$ extra credit upto 6 months which is what i am looking for.

I could not check my credit and/or extend my credit account my self as there are not many info or guidelines regarding how to do it on my own. I raised a support ticket for it 4 days ago but no response so far from microsoft support.

Has anyone faced this issue and fixed it or knows how to fix this on my own please. it would be a great help for my start up which is currently in its initial stages with no funding so far and paying for hosting from my pocket among other things would not be possible. the only other option i am left out with is to move to another provider who might provide similar credit programs which i don´t want to unless its the only option.

Thanks

Amit
