Getting error message when trying to join Microsoft 365 on my Mac with family sharing link supplied by the organiser. Get error message "Sorry something went wrong". and TraceId: uupSDyjvMEaUU/uz.23.148

    When was the invitation sent to you?

    If it's been 48 hours and you're trying to join now, the link will have expired automatically. You will have to Ask the family organizer to delete the previous invite and resend the invitation to join the Office 365 Family Subscription. 

    Alternatively, if you haven't exceeded the 48-hour limit since the invite was sent to you,

    1. Open a private browsing tab on your web browser.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account here -https://outlook.live.com/
    3. Then, open the invitation email and click Accept to join the Family 365 subscription.

    You can also try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies (OR) use another browser and see if you can join the subscription. The problem can also be with the Wi-Fi network you're connected to. So, try switching to another one and see if it goes through.
