    Hello

General consumer's support is via chat.

Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

You can reference this detail step by step instruction with screenshots I posted in this thread: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/c/2714817

However, if you tell me what difficulty you ran into, perhaps I can help you here..

Use Microsoft Support contact options for subscription help:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft customer support.
    2. Select Get Help on the web or use Get Help in Windows.
    3. Describe the issue as billing, subscription, or Microsoft 365 renewal.
    4. If self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    5. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and the subscription or billing category.
    6. Use the available option to chat with support or request a call back.

For issues with purchasing or renewing, Sales support is also listed as the support path.

If the problem is signing in to the Microsoft account used for the subscription, start with the sign-in helper tool.
