Artifact Signing identity validation requests additional business documents but no upload option is available

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Artifact Signing / Trusted Signing with a Public Organization identity validation in Germany.

The identity validation has now returned a request for additional information. The portal states that I must provide an official business registration document issued by a government authority to verify my association with the organization.

I have the required official German Gewerbeanmeldung issued by the City of Essen.

However, I cannot find any option in the Artifact Signing identity validation page to upload the requested document. I also tried to create an Azure technical support request, but my Azure Basic support plan does not allow technical support tickets.

Could you please advise how I can securely submit the requested business registration document to the Vetting Operations team?

The identity validation status currently indicates that additional documentation is required.

I can provide the Identity Validation ID privately if needed.
