help moving to family but personal subscription was renewed.

I intended to change my Microsoft 365 subscription from the Personal plan to the Family plan, which allows up to six people. However, before I could make the change, my Personal subscription was automatically renewed and the renewal amount was deducted from my account.

I would therefore like to request a refund of the recent renewal so that I can purchase the Microsoft 365 Family plan.

Alternatively, if possible, I would appreciate it if the amount already deducted could be transferred or applied toward the Family plan, and I would pay the difference in price.

I would be grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue.

    It is not possible to use the current subscription payment for the Family subscription, the process to switch to the Family version is provided on this link, basically you would be charged for a new Family subscription and the remaining time on the personal subscription is converted to the Family version at a pro-rata percentage of 92%.
