Hi guys I’m about to pull my hair out trying to speak to someone instead of being redirected to help articles that do not solve my problem!
I have successfully reset the password on an old account but am now stuck in this cycle of “we need to secure your account” password reset. I reset it the initial time and once again thinking it was standard, but when it popped up the third time I stopped as to not flag any additional security concerns.
I no longer have access to the recovery emails attached/they have been deleted. The account was set up before authenticator existed. I have tried to find a real person to answer my question with absolutely no luck.
Plz someone help, I’m losing brain cells!!! :)

For a personal Microsoft account stuck in a repeated “secure your account” / password reset loop, the supported path is:
.com vs .co.uk.If unrequested sign-in prompts appear, deny them. That can indicate someone else is trying to access the account or entered the wrong sign-in information.
