My backlight isn't working

Hello so like months ago my backlight stopped working and my caplock and esc bakclight still work and i tried fn and space i have ideapad flex 5 it still does turn the backlight on (IdeaPad Flex 5 14ABR8) and i tried every thing the ai thing said

    Windows does not have any control over the keyboard backlight, that is always controlled by the laptop manufacturer.

    Fn + Spacebar is the reported correct shortcut for your Lenovo laptop model.

    If that is not working, open the Lenovo Vantage app on your laptop.
