On July 18 I renewed my Microsoft 365 Personal Classic subscription. You confirmed this is an email on August 13. Today you have cancelled the subscription and disabled most of Outlook's features.

I need this rectified immediately

    1

    Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    2

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

    1. Check the renewal status first at the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page using the same Microsoft account that was used to renew Microsoft 365. If recurring billing is on, the next renewal date will appear. If recurring billing is off, the expiration date will appear.
    2. If Office apps show Renew your subscription or Subscription expired after renewal, close all open Microsoft 365 apps, then reopen them. Sign in again with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription if prompted.
    3. If the subscription was bought from a retail box or card, the subscription does not start until the product key is redeemed or the link in the email receipt is completed.
    4. Check where the subscription is managed:
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears on the subscription page, it is billed by Microsoft.
      • If those options are missing or limited, the subscription may be managed by a third party and billing changes must be handled with that provider directly.
    5. If the expiration date on the subscription page is wrong, contact Microsoft Support. For Microsoft 365 Family or Personal, support is available through chat or phone during the subscription term.

If Microsoft 365 is for work or school, the Microsoft 365 admin or IT department must handle the subscription issue.
