Send an email to your roadrunner address. If you get an error message, the old account is gone.

    Hello Mary Elizabeth Rusz,

A failed test email would show that the message could not be delivered, but it would not necessarily confirm exactly what happened to the old Roadrunner account.

Could you clarify what you want to confirm?

    • That the Roadrunner mailbox itself has been deleted by the email provider, or
    • That the Roadrunner account has been removed from Outlook/Microsoft 365 and only Gmail remains there?

Once you confirm which one you mean, the correct way to verify it will be different.
