    Hi, @Isabel Montenegro

If you haven't tried anything yet:

First, sign in here with the Microsoft account used for the purchases: https://account.microsoft.com/services Check whether both Microsoft 365 Family and Personal are listed.

Then check your order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Adjust the date range to include August 17 and today.

If the Personal subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft and you want a refund, select it under Services & subscriptions and choose "Manage" > "Cancel." Microsoft will show during cancellation whether the purchase is eligible for a refund.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Do both Family and Personal appear under Services & subscriptions?
    2. Was the $99 Personal plan purchased directly from Microsoft, or through Apple?
    3. Are both charges showing in the same Microsoft account's Order history?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

I canceled the personal. I was switching from family plan to personal plan not purchasing and the system chatge me another subscription.

    1. no, family and personal didn't appear under subscription, once I did the downgrade to personal the family one dissapear.
    2. directly fro microsoft to my debot card
    3. They don't appear in the order history but appear in the same debit card the family one was charged in Auhust 17, 2026 and the personal was today in the same account.

    Thanks for clarifying.

Since you were trying to downgrade from Family to Personal, but Microsoft charged you $99 immediately, this needs to be checked by Microsoft billing support.

First, check the email you received after canceling the Personal plan. Does it say that a refund will be issued?

Also check your debit card. Is the $99 charge still "Pending," or has it already been fully posted?

Since neither charge appears in your Microsoft Order history, contact Microsoft Support here: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Choose Microsoft 365, then billing/subscription, and select chat or request a call if available.

Have the August 17 $125 charge and today's $99 charge ready for them to check.

    Thanks!
