Hello,

We are trying to complete Public Organization Identity Validation for Azure Artifact Signing for Dike Group LLC, a Delaware, United States company.

Our organization identity validation has failed twice without any detailed rejection reason.

First attempt:

  • Organization/Public validation

Business Identifier: valid D-U-N-S

Result: Failed

Second attempt:

Organization/Public validation

Business Identifier: EIN / Tax ID

Result: Failed

In both cases:

The validation failed without reaching the "Action Required" stage.

We were not asked to complete individual identity verification.

We were not asked to upload additional corporate documentation.

The Azure portal and notification emails provide no specific rejection reason.

Our organization information matches our official records and Dun & Bradstreet profile:

Legal entity: Dike Group LLC

Jurisdiction: Delaware, United States

Registered address: 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958

Website: https://dike-group.org

Corporate email addresses use the dike-group.org domain

The D-U-N-S record is active and publicly searchable.

Our Azure subscription uses the Basic support plan, so the Azure portal does not allow us to submit a technical support request for Artifact Signing.

Could a Microsoft moderator or Artifact Signing team member please help route this case to the Artifact Signing / Identity Validation / Vetting team?

We would specifically like to know:

Which organization validation check is failing?

Is additional corporate documentation required?

Should we use D-U-N-S, EIN/Tax ID, or Registered Business Number for this Delaware LLC?

Should we avoid creating another validation request until the current failures are reviewed?

We can provide the Identity Validation IDs and supporting D&B, IRS, and Delaware corporate documentation through a private/secure channel if required.

Please do not request sensitive company or identity documents publicly.
