You can use the browser-based Microsoft 365 apps on your Mac by opening a supported web browser, navigating to the Microsoft 365 portal (https://www.microsoft365.com/) and signing in with your account.

Open your preferred web browser, such as Apple Safari or Google Chrome, on your iMac. Go to the Microsoft 365 portal and click Sign in. Enter the email address and password associated with your personal, work, or school Microsoft account.

After signing in, click the App Launcher icon, represented by the grid of nine dots in the top-left corner of the screen, and select an application such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. As you work, your files are saved automatically to OneDrive.
