May I please know which audio output device is selected as the default in the System Sound settings?

    May be chance of driver corrupted or not updated properly that is main reason. this issue persists in your system so, follow the below instructions and give your feedback.

    • Press windows key + x select device manger. check Bluetooth driver properly installed.
    • Check any update available for your Bluetooth driver suppose have install the driver.
    • Uninstall your Bluetooth driver and restart your pc then Install the proper Bluetooth driver.
    • Still, facing issue connect the same Bluetooth device in any system.
