Basic Planner Plan can not be converted into Premium Plan

Hello

We are not able to convert a Basic Planner plan into a Premium planner plan.

The feature simply does not appear for us. We are not GCC. The plan is eligble. Users are Planner and Project Plan 3 licensed.

I can create Basic and Premium Planner Plans. When creating a Basic Plan there are no premium features like ressources and task dependencies (But it show Goals and Timeline buttons). When we create a premium plan all premium features are there.

You can see the difference between basic an premium in the position and appearance of the menu bar:

In the three dot menu of the basic plan there is no upgrade button to convert it to a premium plan.

    As the forum's AI recommended, Microsoft documents the following conversion path:

    1. Open the eligible Basic plan in the new Planner.
    2. Select More (…).
    3. Under Add premium views, select People, Goals, or Assignments.
    4. Select Yes, convert now.

    Microsoft also states that users who already have a premium license can select Timeline or select one of the premium views from the (…) menu. Since your screenshot already shows Goals and Timeline, please select one of those tabs and let us know exactly what appears. The tabs being visible does not by itself confirm that the plan has already been converted.

Microsoft states that Published plans and Loop task-list plans cannot be converted. Any member of an eligible Basic plan can perform the conversion if that user has a Planner premium license.
