I bought this product from best buy (Digital download). Cannot redeem the code. I need help to install the Office 2024.

If so, try to do it via browser incognito mode, and try again.
Also, is it for Office Home 2024? And the account you are using, is it a personal Microsoft account?
Hi Emily, Yes I did try the way that you mentioned. I use my own personal Microsoft account, I stared through setup.office.com and I was in private mode in Edge. Yes It is office home 2024. I do not know what to do.

Are you currently located in a different country from when the code was purchased?
No, The country that i bought the product and I am located are the same.
And your account profile country is now marching the country you are in now, right?

In your profile can you make sure the language field is not blank?

It seems that the problem is not on my end.!!
So, typically if there's any country mismatch, this can happen, but looks like we have ruled that out.
Another possibility is - the code they sold you wasn't scanned / activted upon purchase. Just gift card, all codes must be activated upon purchased, otherwise the codes are inactive, this way say if the codes were stolen, they cannot be used anyway. That can be a possibility, but only Best Buy - the retailer can fix that.
Otherwise, I am afraid you would need to contact support.

No. They asked me to redeem it one more time, exactly the same way you showed me. Then I sent them the failure message, and after that, they gave me a link to upload my product key. I then tried to redeem it one more time, and it worked.
