Student Office doesn't provide a Key

Trying to download Office from my Schools website, but asks for a Key and one is not provided. Can't contact support through a .edu email.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Based on your description, it appears that your school’s Microsoft 365 installation requires a license or product key that has not yet been assigned to you. Please reach out to your school’s IT administrator and ask them to provide the key or activate Microsoft 365 Education for your school account.

    Once the license has been assigned, you should be able to sign in with your school account and install or activate Office.
