Hi, @Hossam Saad

This is expected if they are trying to download the folder directly from the Shared view. OneDrive does not provide the Download option for folders directly from that view.

Ask them to:

  • Open the shared folder first.
  • Once inside the folder, look for Download at the top. They can also select all the files and choose Download. OneDrive should download them together as a ZIP file.

If the Download option is still missing, try going back one level and opening the folder again, or close and reopen the OneDrive browser tab. Microsoft notes that the Download button can sometimes disappear temporarily. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/download-files-and-folders-from-onedrive-or-sharepoint

To help narrow this down:

  • Are the recipients opening the shared folder through OneDrive.com in a web browser?
  • After they actually open the folder, is Download still missing?
  • Which browser are they using?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

Thanks!
