What do you mean by Google Microsoft Word? Do you mean it was subscribed via Google Play?
If so, the cancelation needs to be done via Google, not via Microsoft.

However, if it was subscribed via Microsoft directly, please go to https://account.live.com
Sign in to your Microsoft account. Then go to Services. Click on Manage for the subscription plan you want to cancel.
