How to fix "This feature has been disabled by your administrator" while wanting to Sign-In to get started with word.

So i wanted to get mendeley cite into my word, it we're fine when i did it back in 2023-2025, i am still using the same laptop and when i wanna use mendeley again i notice that i can't install mendeley cite, going thru the Account privacy check listing all of it doesn't work and then i faced with this problem, it was all this that it's not signed into my Microsoft Account, i already sign into my microsoft account in my laptop its fine, it seems my office apps can't do the service of sign in or something.

i tried:

Repairing
Resintalling
Adding/changing the UseOnlineContent, SignIn Registry.

But i before this happened i do the christutilwin and debloat all my windows. i did disabling the tweaks but i still can't find the way to fix this... please help

I finally fixed it, by going through regedit but in different path, its on the policies thanks to this website tuts:

This usually means Office connected experiences or sign-in components are blocked. Since repair, reinstall, and registry changes were already tried, use this order:

In Word, go to File > Options > General > Privacy Settings.
- Make sure Enable optional connected experiences is turned on.
- Restart Word.
If Word opens, also check File > Account > Account Privacy > Manage Settings.
- Turn on optional connected experiences there as well.
- This is commonly required for Help and other online Office features.
Repair Office again, but use Online Repair instead of only a basic repair.
- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
- Select Microsoft Office.
- Choose Modify.
- Select Online Repair > Repair.
- Note: this repairs the entire Office suite.
Restart the device after the repair, then try signing in to Word again.
Check Windows updates.
- Select Start.
- Type Windows Update.
- Select Check for updates.
- Install all available updates.
- Restart and test Word again.
If the issue started after Windows debloat/tweak changes, the Office sign-in component may be missing or blocked.
- Windows has a troubleshooter for Microsoft 365 desktop app sign-in issues that checks whether the Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin package is missing and installs it if needed.
- This troubleshooter runs automatically when Microsoft detects the issue and cannot be run manually.
If Office still cannot sign in after updates and Online Repair, use the Microsoft account sign-in helper or Contact Support.
- Support cannot send password reset links or change account details, but it is the supported next step for sign-in failures that remain after repair.

Avoid more registry edits unless there is a verified backup and a specific documented fix. Registry changes can cause serious problems if applied incorrectly.
