    Hello @Anjum Yaqoob,

To better understand the situation and provide the most accurate guidance, could you please share a few additional details?

    • Are you currently unable to sign in to your Talmeez email account, or can you sign in but no longer access Microsoft 365 apps and services?
    • Do you receive any specific error message when trying to access Office, Outlook, OneDrive, or other Microsoft 365 services? If so, please share a screenshot or the exact wording.
    • Did these services stop working for only your account, or are all students in your institution experiencing the same issue?
    • Are you still enrolled with the institution that originally provided the Talmeez account?
    • Have you received any communication from HEC Pakistan or your educational institution regarding changes to the Talmeez program or Microsoft 365 licensing?
    • When did you first notice that the services were deactivated?
    • Have you contacted your institution's IT department or the Talmeez/HEC administrators? Or are you the IT administrator of this institution?

This information will help determine whether the issue is related to your account, your institution's Microsoft 365 subscription, or changes to the Talmeez education program.

In the meantime, if your organization has a Microsoft 365 administrator, I would recommend asking them to contact Microsoft Support directly to investigate the subscription or licensing status of the Talmeez services: Contact - Microsoft Support

If you don't know who the Microsoft 365 administrator is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

As a community contributor, I do not have access to your tenant, licensing information, or support cases, so I am unable to verify why the services were deactivated or reactivate them on your behalf. Only the tenant administrators or Microsoft Support can review the tenant's subscription status and determine whether the services can be restored.

I look forward to your response and will do my best to point you in the right direction.
