    Hi Nodiko bolqvaze,

If Google Chrome is being blocked by Microsoft Family Safety, the restriction is typically controlled by the Family Organizer (parent/administrator) account rather than by Chrome itself.

If you do not have access to the administrator or organizer account, you generally cannot remove the restriction from your account directly.

    Please try the following:

    • Ask the family organizer to sign in to Microsoft Family Safety and review any app restrictions applied to Google Chrome.
    • Have the organizer allow Chrome under App and game limits or adjust the content filtering settings if Chrome was blocked.
    • If your account was added to a family group by mistake, ask the organizer to remove your account from that family group.

If you no longer have access to the organizer account, you may need to use Microsoft's account recovery options or contact Microsoft Support for assistance with account ownership and recovery.

    Could you let us know:

    • Are you signed in with a child account or an adult account?
    • What exact message do you see when attempting to open Chrome?

This information will help determine whether the issue is caused by Family Safety policies or another restriction.
