Unfortunately, my mobile phone is damaged, and I no longer have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app. I also do not have the recovery key or any alternative MFA method available.
I need assistance recovering access to my account and resetting/re-registering my Microsoft Authenticator so I can set it up again on a new device.
