Peronal account as part of business account

You can copy personal documents into your business OneDrive, though there is no separate "personal section" within a business account. Personal OneDrive and OneDrive for Business are entirely separate storage locations, and there is no supported way to merge them. You would copy files across manually, or use the OneDrive sync client to have both available in File Explorer and drag between them.

On the cost side, your instinct is reasonable. A Microsoft 365 Business subscription typically includes 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user, so if you already have that, you may be paying for a personal subscription you do not strictly need for storage. That said, there are a few things worth weighing before consolidating, even as the owner. Files in business storage belong to the business rather than to you personally, which matters if you ever sell the company, take on staff or a partner, close the tenant, or let the subscription lapse. Personal files sitting in company storage can also come into scope during an audit or a legal dispute. For that reason, I would keep genuinely personal records such as financial or medical documents separate.

If you do go ahead, copy rather than move, and keep the originals until you are satisfied everything transferred correctly. Do note that existing sharing links will not follow the files, so anything you have shared will need re-sharing from the new location.
