What exactly happens when you try to access your OneDrive? Is there any error message or notification saying why it is locked?

Can you sign in normally to your Microsoft account, and is the problem limited to OneDrive?

    Try these recovery steps first:

    1. Check whether the files are in Personal Vault. Files stored there do not appear in search results. In OneDrive, select Show Personal Vault items in the recycle bin to unlock it and review the contents.
    2. Make sure the correct Microsoft account is signed in. If files cannot be found, they may be in another OneDrive account. Sign out of OneDrive and sign in again with the other Microsoft account that may have been used when the files were saved. If both personal and work/school accounts were used, also check the Work/school tab.
    3. If using Microsoft 365, try Restore your OneDrive. This can restore the entire OneDrive to a previous point in time.
      • Open the Restore your OneDrive options.
      • Undo actions that occurred on files and folders within the last 30 days.
Caution: files or folders created after the selected restore point are moved to the OneDrive Recycle Bin, where they can be restored later.
    4. If support is needed:
      • For a personal Microsoft account, use Contact Microsoft Support.
      • On mobile, support can also be contacted from the OneDrive app by opening the app and gently shaking the device.

Do not post personal contact details in public forums.
