    Dear @Rod Andrade

If you already have a Microsoft 365 subscription/account, you can install Microsoft 365 on your iPad directly from the App Store.

    1. Open the App Store on your iPad.
    2. Search for Microsoft 365.
    3. Install the app and open it.
    4. Sign in using the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Alternatively, you can install the individual Word, Excel, and PowerPoint apps if you prefer.

    Best regards,
    Bence

    Hi, @Rod Andrade

You can install the Microsoft 365 apps directly from the App Store on your iPad.

    • Open the App Store.
    • Search for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, then install the apps you need.
    • Open one of the apps and sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription. This should activate the subscription features automatically.

If you're having trouble installing or activating it, to help narrow this down:

    1. Do you have Microsoft 365 Personal or Family?
    2. Are you able to sign in to your Microsoft account normally?
    3. Are you getting any error message on the iPad? If so, what does it say exactly?

Click "Add comment" to let me know. Thanks!
