Microsoft customer support on Technical issues

I have Microsoft 365 and have used it for many years. However I am now getting a message stating there is an issue providing support to macOS systems and the message has been there now for about 5 weeks.

How can I get to speak to someone to help solve this problem.

They are happy enough to take the money but don't appear to be able to to provide real support.

Does anyone have a number that says hello tells to a help link and then drops off.

    If you have been seeing this message continuously for the past five weeks, I would first check that your Mac is running a supported version of macOS. Microsoft 365 for Mac currently supports the three most recent major macOS versions. If you are already running a supported version, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support so they can check the subscription and Office installation from their side.     There are some widely reported problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac device at the moment.

    What version of Microsoft Office do you have, is that a subscription to Microsoft 365 or a standalone version of Office like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.
