Hello,

I need a valid Tax Residency Certificate for 2026 for the following Microsoft entity:

Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

VAT number: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

The certificate is required for Polish tax and accounting purposes to document payments made to Microsoft and the application of the relevant withholding tax rules.

Could you please provide the Tax Residency Certificate valid for 2026 or indicate where it can be downloaded?

If the certificate is not yet available, please provide information on when it will be issued and where I should submit an official request.
