I fixed the issue by disabling Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth(R) Audio and Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth(R) LE Audio in Device Manager
Headphones connected but no audio output
When I connect my Soundcore space Q45 bluetooth headphones to my laptop, I am unable to hear any sound. Not even the sounds that they are supposed to make when you press the "test" button. They do however work on my phone. I have tried the troubleshooting steps in this post, which did not work. ASUS Zenbook 14 2024

Also try removing the headphones from Bluetooth devices, rebooting the laptop, and pairing them again; if that fails, updating or reinstalling the Bluetooth/audio drivers may help.

Since the headphones work with your phone, the hardware is probably fine. Windows may be connecting to the Q45’s hands-free profile instead of its stereo audio profile, or the laptop’s Bluetooth driver may not be handling the connection correctly.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Close Teams, Discord, Zoom, and any browser tabs using the microphone. Go to Settings > System > Sound > Output, then select soundcore Space Q45 Stereo, not Hands-Free AG Audio. Soundcore recommends the Stereo option for normal Windows audio output. View Soundcore’s Q45 PC guidance
Open Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, right-click the Bluetooth adapter, and choose Uninstall device. Restart the laptop, then remove and pair the Q45 again.
Install the latest Bluetooth and audio drivers for your exact Zenbook model from MyASUS or the ASUS support website, rather than relying only on Device Manager. View ASUS audio troubleshooting
Also update the Q45 firmware through the Soundcore mobile app before pairing it again.
