Why is my Surface Pro 9 battery draining drastically despite excellent health?

I purchased a Surface Pro 9 roughly 2 years ago and have had trouble with the battery falling at drastic rates. I have reset the device multiple times and sent the device in for service checks twice with Microsoft but both times they have said there is nothing wrong with the device but haven't given me a report or any check-up following the servicing. The device is mainly used for study and at most will have applications such as PowerPoint and OneNote open at the same time. Also, battery saver does not have an effect and still the battery drains at an extremely high rate. For example, with just PowerPoint and OneNote open, the device has drained 15% in 30 minutes with battery saver on. Any suggestions for solving the issue with the battery is appreciated.
