I just accidently purchased 2 microsoft windows upgrade

I purchased windows 11 pro upgrade and didnt see the transaction was completed so I did it again, now i have to purchases of the upgrade and woulod like to get a refund for one of them

    License purchase is typically not refundable. However, mistake happens. You will need to contact billing support, explain to them. I am sure they will make an exception to process the refund request for you.

    To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
