How Do I Delete an External Tenant with No Admin Assigned

Hello,

We have an external tenant that was created a long time ago that we do not have global admin access for. We contacted microsoft and when we went to the route of Global Admin access reset, and they told us that there was no admin assigned and that they could not complete our request.

I need to speak to the Data protection team, but I cannot get through any of the call trees and cannot enter a ticket on my Admin console. This is affecting an email migration and I have no idea how to proceed at this point as all I get is without an Admin assigned there is nothing that we can do. How do I get to the data protection team?
