Got a new phone, how can I transfer all of the accounts from the old phone Authenticator?

I have several accounts set up for 2 factor authentication, on my old phone. Trying to get Authenticator on the new phone. It let me log in, but all of those accounts I already had set up on the old phone, aren't there.

My backup is in OneDrive and I can't access it through Enpass because the Microsoft account password it wants, is nowhere to be found. I tried multiple passwords to no avail.

Can you assist in the App transfer on the new phone while keeping the accounts from the old phone?

    There is no option for "restore" on the new phone Authenticator. When I click to turn on cloud backup, it just asks if I want to delete my old backup and add a new one. On the old phone, when I click on the cloud backup, it only asks if I'm sure that I want to delete my current backup.
