Cannot accept Microsoft 365 family invite

I am unable to accept a family invite in Microsoft 365. I am using a brand new Microsoft Lenovo computer.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with regards to accepting the invite under the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

    May I check and confirm if there is a specific error that you are seeing from your end whenever you are trying it out?

    You can ask the owner, meaning the person who pays for the subscription, to send a new invite.

    As already pointed out by paulr0511, it would help if you stated the exact error message you see.
